About this pack
Plan your wedding seating table by table. Venue notes and a dot-grid page help you sketch the room, then diagrams for a top table, round tables of eight or ten and rectangular tables of eight or twelve give each guest a numbered seat. Guest allocation and table summary sheets keep the caterer informed, a seating plan board helps with your welcome sign, and a table sign and place cards are ready to print.
How to use it
- Sketch your room and note the table sizes your venue offers.
- Fill a diagram for each table in pencil, then copy guests onto the allocation sheet.
- Send the table summary to your venue and print signs and place cards.
How delivery works
- Enter your email and pay securely on Stripe’s hosted checkout.
- Once payment is confirmed, your thank-you page shows a Download button for the PDF.
- We also email a personal download link, active for 30 days (up to 20 downloads).

How many guests fit at each table?
That depends on your venue's tables and room. Ask the venue and cross out any seats you will not use.
Can we print more diagrams?
Yes. Print the round or rectangular pages as many times as you need, one diagram per table.
Do we need a traditional top table?
No. There are diagrams for a long top table and a round one, and space to sketch your own.
Does it include a seating chart sign?
It includes a seating plan board page to copy onto your own chart, plus a table sign and place cards.
When can I download this pack?
Straight after your payment is confirmed. The download button appears on your thank-you page, and we email you a secure link too.
Is this a physical product?
No. This is a digital PDF download. Nothing is posted, and there are no delivery charges.
Is it a subscription?
