About this planner
A printable timeline for a child's birthday party. Countdown pages for six to eight weeks, four weeks, two weeks and one week before, plus the day before, each with milestones and target dates. On the day, a set-up countdown leads into three example schedules for 90-minute, 2-hour and 3-hour parties, ready to adapt. An after-the-party page and a blank timeline for your helpers finish the set.
How to use it
- Write your party date on each countdown page and set target dates.
- Pick the example schedule closest to your party and adapt it.
- Copy your final schedule onto the blank timeline for helpers.
How delivery works
- Enter your email and pay securely on Stripe’s hosted checkout.

How is it different from the Birthday Party Checklist?
The checklist is a task list. This timeline sets dates for each milestone and gives minute-by-minute schedules for the party itself.
What if we have less than six weeks?
Start at the stage you are in and catch up on earlier milestones first.
Do the schedules suit every age?
They are examples to adapt: the 90-minute plan suits younger children and the 3-hour plan suits ages 8 and over.
Can helpers have a copy?
Yes. Print the blank timeline for every helper and your entertainer.
When can I download this planner?

Is this a physical product?
