About this planner
A dinosaur party timeline that runs from planning milestones and a two-hour set-up plan to supplier and guest arrivals, games and entertainment blocks, a minute-by-minute dinosaur entrance, food, cake, photos, party bags and the clean-up. Worked examples for a 90-minute, 2-hour and 3-hour party can be copied onto the blank run sheet, and a helper rota shows who is where at every moment.

Do the timings work for any start time?
Yes. Every time counts from the start of the party, so add your own start time.
Do I need a dinosaur entertainer?
No. Each example swaps the dinosaur entrance for a treasure hunt or egg hunt if nobody is booked.
What ages are the examples for?
The 90-minute party suits ages 2–5, the 2-hour party ages 4–7 and the 3-hour party ages 7–10.
Does it work with the games pack?
Yes. The examples use games from the Dinosaur Party Games Pack, but any games will fit the same blocks.
When can I download this planner?
